How to Fit

Thanks for buying PostFender.

Follow these simple steps below or watch the video to fit your PostFender to your bike.

PostFender fits to most seats but all seats are different; if you have difficulty fitting please contact me so I can help.

The how to fit video is self shot and lighting is poor, I am working on a better presentation. If this is not clear and you need help please send me a message.

Step 1

First, snap off the display tab with decals and stick them where you fancy and please recycle the tab. PP05 ♷

Step 2

The centre fold is important as this gives the rigidity. Fold along the centre line, down the full length of the PostFender. Apply extra pressure between guide lines.

In winter conditions first time folds should be done indoors above 5°C as the polypropylene can crack instead of fold.

Step 3

Fold lugs opposite way to centre fold.

Step 5

Hold the PostFender parallel to the post at rear of seat, pull arms over seat bars. Fold arm ends and push through the pocket from rear to front until the fold can flatten again locking in place. To remove fold flap under and slip back through slot.

Looking from the front/side showing arm ends folded flat. To remove fold flap under and slip back through slot.

Step 7

On smaller frames Postfender will need trimmed (using scissors).

With seat at full height trim postfender to just bellow the seatpost fixing point.

Be careful not to trim too short as it might then catch.

Pleae recycle the offcut. PP05 ♷
